Event: The West African and Madagascar Aviation Safety Agency (ASECNA) announced that air traffic controllers in the region have called for strikes in multiple countries in their 18 member region to begin on Friday, September 23, 2022.
Passengers with planned air travel to or from Benin should check their updated flight information as flights may be cancelled. Reports of cancelled flights have been received from Cotonou airport and in other West African countries.
