Message for U.S. Citizens:

The Consular Section cordially invites U.S. citizens in Benin to a virtual discussion with Ambassador Mahoney and consular representatives on Wednesday, May 20, at 6:00p.m. 

The Ambassador will provide an update on recent developments and U.S. Embassy activities and support to Benin.  Consular personnel will answer questions about Embassy services for American citizens and provide important information about voting from overseas. 

The discussion is open to U.S. citizens 18 years or older.  Those who wish to participate must RSVP by Monday, May 18, by sending an email to ACSCotonou@state.gov containing the following information: 

  •     Full name 
  •     Date of birth 
  •     Passport number 
  •     Email address
  •     Telephone number  

Please also mention any topics or questions you wish to discuss so that we may make this event as informative as possible. 

A link to participate in a Google Meet forum will be sent to the email address provided in the RSVP.
